Perplica Beta Program Agreement

Thank you for your interest in the Perplica Beta Program. By participating, you get early access to our new features and help us shape the future of the product. This agreement outlines your responsibilities as a beta tester and our commitments to you.

1. The "As-Is" Nature of the Service

You acknowledge and agree that the Perplica application is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. The beta version may contain bugs, errors, and other problems that could cause system or other failures and data loss. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

2. Your Feedback is Crucial

As a beta tester, you are encouraged to provide feedback, suggestions, and reports of any issues you encounter ("Feedback"). You agree that Perplica shall have a royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable, irrevocable, perpetual license to use or incorporate into the Services any Feedback you provide. Your feedback is the most valuable part of this program.

3. Confidentiality

As a participant in the Beta Program, you may get access to new features and information before they are publicly available ("Confidential Information"). You agree not to disclose this Confidential Information to any third party without our prior written consent. This includes sharing screenshots, videos, or descriptions of unreleased features.

4. Data & Privacy

We may collect data related to your use of the beta product to help us analyze performance and improve our services. This includes usage patterns, feature interactions, and error reports. Our collection and use of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy. During the beta period, there is a possibility of data loss or data corruption. We recommend you do not rely solely on Perplica for critical data.

5. No Guarantees or Warranties

Perplica provides the beta software with no warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the services, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this Beta Agreement at any time, for any reason. Upon termination, you will cease all use of the Beta version of the Application, and you will delete any Confidential Information you have in your possession. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Beta Program at any time without notice.
